It's been a few years now. I won the watch at Blomquist's auction that I still own, but I'm still cracking my head about this reply and that being the name of the owner before me is on the garanti card.

Hello,
I'm in need of some help if possible. If a watch is for sale at an auction here in Norway, there is no evidence that the VAT has been paid for this purchase from the USA. Who would be responsible for the payment for the VAT for this item: the seller, buyer or the auction house..?
The watch is a Breitling for Bentley MarkVI ref # P19362, S/N:2….. purchase from Authentic Watches on the 12.10.2012
If there is evidence of paid VAT could it be sent to me please.
Please send your reply in Norwegian if wished, It's I that has the writing problem.
Thank you for your time
Best regards
Hei.

Hi,
The watch is up for sale at an auction in Oslo and has not been imported by me, I presume it has been imported by the seller, who has given it to the auction house to sell.

Hei.
